As moms we know the feeling all too well. That feeling that no matter how much we may want nice things for ourselves, we more often than not, end up putting our kids first. I know this first hand because if I compare competitions I run for moms to win something for themselves versus something for their kids, it’s always the competitions for children’s products that have the most entries. Like thousands!! Why? Because moms want to spoil the little people in their lives and give them things they wouldn’t necessarily be able to afford to buy themselves right? We are just wired to constantly be putting their needs and desires before our own. I mean who cares if you wear the same top two days in a row? Little butter bean would look so freaking cute in that romper that keeps coming up in our news feed.

So today I’m so stoked because I’m joining forces with two incredible brands to offer a chance for both mom and babe to be spoilt together! Sophie & Jane Lingerie and Tiny Tribe Kids have created a Mama and Me combo consisting of the most gorgeous maternity/nursing bra (suitable even for the non- nursing moms!) as well as the cutest outfit for their little one as seen below.

More about Sophie and Jane

Julia, owner of this amazing lingerie brand says this :

Becoming a mum is the most special, exciting and yet most challenging adventure in every women’s life.
As a first time mum I felt very special and feminine during my pregnancy but felt limited by the uninspiring choices of maternity lingerie on the market. The options were rather boring, bland coloured and overpriced.
Sophie & Jane Maternity Lingerie was founded to provide all those special mums with affordable, beautiful and very comfortable maternity and nursing lingerie.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding are beautiful, so your nursing bra, sleep and lounge wear should be too.

I was lucky enough to be sent this gorgeous nursing bra which, let me tell you ladies is sexier than any of my normal bras I have ever owned. It has the perfect amount of padding (I hate bras with too much padding!) and gives my nursing bosoms the much needed lift they deserve. Go have a look at their Facebook page to see the other gorgeous pieces they stock.

More about Tiny Tribe Kids

Most of you mamas are already quite familiar with this gorgeous kids apparel brand. I know I lust over just about every new thing they post on my Instagram feed. Linda Theunissen is the owner and designer behind Tiny Tribe Kids and she’s taking the industry by storm with all her monochrome awesomeness!

Tiny Tribe Kids specialises in trendy monochrome clothing for kids of 3 months, to 6 years. Comfort is always key when designing our range!
Our range is 100% locally produced in Cape Town, South Africa. All fabrics are sourced locally, and only local factories and suppliers are used in our production process. All legging fabrics are handprinted / hand dyed.

And it goes without saying but these vests and harem shorts combos are just too gorgeous and perfect for the warmer weather we are heading into. They are beautiful on boys and girls too. I got a bit creative and used the banana bib as a head band. 🙂

I am so impressed with the quality of these clothing items guys! You can just tell good quality apart from the mass produced stores and I salute brands like this who don’t skimp on quality or cut corners to make larger profits. You can tell how Tiny Tribe Kids really pride themselves on this and aim to to deliver good quality on every level.
